The PBMR1288 Paint Mixing Room is a spacious and reliable solution for facilities that need extra room for paint storage and preparation. With outside dimensions of 12 feet wide, 8 feet tall, and 8 feet long, it offers ample working space and is ideal for automotive, industrial, and commercial use.

Inside dimensions measure 11 feet 8 inches wide by 7 feet 10 inches tall by 8 feet long. It’s constructed from 18-gauge G-90 galvanized steel, providing excellent strength and long-term corrosion resistance. The front door opening is 36 inches wide by 84 inches tall, making it easy to access materials and equipment.

This mixing room includes a high-efficiency 12-inch fan paired with a 1/2 horsepower, 3-phase motor, delivering 1,429 CFM at 0.5 inches of static pressure. Ventilation is supported by 20 by 20-inch exhaust filter pads, and a manometer/draft gauge is included for airflow monitoring. The lighting system features one 4-tube, 2x4-foot LED fixture with protective glass.

All necessary hardware and sealants are included. The PBMR1288 uses certified components and is fully compliant with OSHA and NFPA-33 requirements.

Optional upgrades include a ducting kit for exhaust routing, a powder-coated finish for added durability, and a control panel for easier operation. Production lead time is approximately 4 weeks. Custom sizes are available to meet specific needs.
