You may cancel your order at any time prior to it shipping from our warehouse. To ensure a full refund, please contact us as soon as possible.

Note: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer eligible for a full refund and may be subject to restocking or return shipping fees.
Orders for custom-built or made-to-order items are final and non-cancellable once submitted. These products are manufactured specifically for you and cannot be refunded or returned.
If you're unsure whether your purchase qualifies as custom, please contact us prior to ordering.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most eligible items. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
1.Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
3. A restocking fee (typically 20%) may apply, depending on the product and supplier policies.
4. Refunds will be processed minus any non-refundable payment processing fees, which usually range from 2.9% + $0.30 to 5.99% + $0.30, depending on the payment provider.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damages within 24 hours to ensure eligibility for return or replacement.
All shipments must be thoroughly inspected upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or with visible defects:
1. Photograph the damage immediately.
2. Report the issue within 5 business days to turboliftequipment@gmail.com.
3. We will provide options for a replacement, partial refund, or sending replacement parts.
Important:
Products that are used or installed prior to reporting damage are not eligible for full replacement or refund.
Offers for discounts or part replacements must be accepted or declined within 3 business days.
Claims made after 5 business days of delivery may no longer qualify for resolution, as we are unable to file claims with carriers or manufacturers beyond that period.
Shipping estimates listed on our website are based on the most current information from our freight partners and manufacturers. Delays can occasionally occur due to supply chain issues, labor shortages, production delays, or transit disruptions.
While we strive to meet or beat quoted timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We ask for your patience and understanding should delays arise beyond our control.
By completing a purchase with Turbo Lifts LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. You will inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.
2.You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as outbound shipping for exchanges.
3. All returns must be approved in advance and are subject to inspection upon return.
4. Restocking fees may apply based on product type and condition.
5. If an item ships prior to cancellation, refunds may be partial, and return shipping is your responsibility.
6. Order cancellations or chargebacks due to delays or inaccurate shipping estimates are not permitted, as delays may result from external supply chain disruptions.
Warranty coverage is provided directly by the manufacturer and varies by product. For specific warranty terms, please refer to the product page or contact our turbo lifts.
Damage reported beyond 30 days is not covered under warranty or shipping claims.
If an item must be returned or rerouted due to customer error (wrong item ordered, incorrect address, etc.), the customer will be responsible for all related fees. Returns must be coordinated with our team prior to shipping any items back.
We encourage all customers to reach out to us directly for any concerns or order issues. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may be considered a violation of this policy.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal consequences and a ban from future purchases.
If a customer initiates a chargeback for an order that has already shipped or been delivered, the transaction is treated as a cancelled purchase. In such cases, the customer is required to return the equipment in its original condition.
If the equipment is not returned within 14 days of the chargeback, the order will be considered unreturned merchandise, and the customer may be held responsible for the full value of the equipment, additional recovery costs, and any applicable legal remedies.
