At Turbo Lifts, we are committed to providing our customers with the most accurate and cost-effective shipping options available.

Shipping Rates
Some of our products feature real-time shipping calculations at checkout. However, many items—particularly larger equipment—do not include automatic shipping rates. For the most accurate and competitive freight quote, we highly recommend contacting us directly via call, text, or email before completing your purchase.

Freight-Invoiced Products
If you choose to proceed with purchasing an item that does not include a shipping rate at checkout, a separate freight invoice will be issued. Shipping charges must be paid in full prior to the order being released for shipment.

Delivery Requirements
All customers must have a forklift or suitable equipment at the delivery location to safely unload heavy items. If you require a liftgate for offloading, a $75 liftgate service fee will apply and must be arranged in advance. Only select items can use a liftgate service. Please call and confirm.
