Limited One-Year Warranty

Katool (Manufacturer) offers a limited one-year (12 months) warranty on all parts and against all product defects, free of charge to our customers, on all equipment.

Extended Warranty Option

A 2-year extended warranty plan may be purchased for any piece of Katool or M&E automotive equipment. Please call Turbo Lifts to find out more.

* Including but not limited to: Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, electronics, etc...

Vehicle Lift Structural Coverage

Vehicle lifts will include an additional three-year (36 months) warranty on all lift structural components only.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claim for all products must fall within above period in order to qualify for limited warranty. Warranty is non-transferable, must have original order number, and purchased from our company or a registered vendor. Replacement Parts will be provided at no cost to the customer and will include free shipping.

Missing Parts, Hardware, or Freight-Damaged Components

Missing Parts, Hardware, or Freight-Damaged Components: If equipment arrives with any parts, hardware, or components that are missing or damaged during freight, KATOOL will provide the necessary replacement part(s) or hardware to the customer at no cost, including shipping. Replacement timing is dependent upon parts availability. If the required part is available in one of KATOOL's U.S. warehouses, it will be shipped as soon as reasonably possible. If the required part is not available in a U.S. warehouse, the part may need to be manufactured and shipped by container from the manufacturer. In such cases, the estimated delivery timeframe may be approximately 45–70 days, depending on manufacturing and shipping schedules. KATOOL and Turbo Lifts is not responsible for delays resulting from manufacturing, container transportation, customs, or other circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

Claim Approval & Important Requirements

*All warranty claims submitted to KATOOL are subject to approval by the warranty/service department and may be approved or denied at the full discretion of these departments. Photos and/or videos of original defects may be requested.

Any equipment outside of the policy will not be covered and buyer will be responsible for purchasing replacement parts at full cost and shipping charges will apply. Labor is not included in warranty.
