Warranty & Purchase Terms

Limited One-Year Warranty

Katool (Manufacturer) offers a limited one-year (12 months) warranty on all parts and against all product defects, free of charge to our customers, on all equipment.

Extended Warranty Option

A 2-year extended warranty plan may be purchased for any piece of Katool or M&E automotive equipment. Please call Turbo Lifts to find out more.

Vehicle Lift Structural Coverage

Vehicle lifts will include an additional three-year (36 months) warranty on all lift structural components only.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claim for all products must fall within above period in order to qualify for limited warranty. Warranty is non-transferable, must have original order number, and purchased from our company or a registered vendor. Replacement Parts will be provided at no cost to the customer and will include free shipping.

Missing Parts, Hardware, or Freight-Damaged Components

Missing Parts, Hardware, or Freight-Damaged Components: If equipment arrives with any parts, hardware, or components that are missing or damaged during freight, KATOOL will provide the necessary replacement part(s) or hardware to the customer at no cost, including shipping. Replacement timing is dependent upon parts availability. If the required part is available in one of KATOOL's U.S. warehouses, it will be shipped as soon as reasonably possible. If the required part is not available in a U.S. warehouse, the part may need to be manufactured and shipped by container from the manufacturer. In such cases, the estimated delivery timeframe may be approximately 45–70 days, depending on manufacturing and shipping schedules. KATOOL and Turbo Lifts is not responsible for delays resulting from manufacturing, container transportation, customs, or other circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

Claim Approval & Important Requirements

*All warranty claims submitted to KATOOL are subject to approval by the warranty/service department and may be approved or denied at the full discretion of these departments. Photos and/or videos of original defects may be requested.

Important — Do Not Disassemble Equipment

Customers should not disassemble any piece of equipment before proof of original problem/issue has been determined.

Any equipment outside of the policy will not be covered and buyer will be responsible for purchasing replacement parts at full cost and shipping charges will apply. Labor is not included in warranty.

Designed for professionals and commercial garages, this combo delivers precision, speed, and long-term durability for a complete wheel service solution.

The KT-T830 Tire Changer is equipped with double side assist arms, a bead blast seater with post tank, and a stainless steel swing arm mounting head. Its alloy steel jaws feature deep carburization treatment for increased strength, while plastic rim protectors prevent wheel damage. A pull-type pedal system, inflation gauge, and powerful 2.0HP motor with copper windings ensure efficient and smooth operation. The closed-body design and 7.32" bead breaker cylinder further enhance durability and operator safety.

Paired with it, the KT-B700 Wheel Balancer features a 3mm thick steel body with reinforced 8mm sensor support panels for vibration-free balancing. With a 36mm quenched shaft, high-precision pressure sensors, and advanced self-calibration, it offers quick and accurate balancing across various wheel types. Multiple balance modes, unit selection, and a reliable integrated power board make it easy to operate in high-volume environments.

Together, this combo offers everything you need for consistent, damage-free tire changing and balancing—ready for motorcycles, passenger vehicles, and light trucks with optional adaptors.
