Warranty & Purchase Terms

Limited One-Year Warranty

Katool (Manufacturer) offers a limited one-year (12 months) warranty on all parts and against all product defects, free of charge to our customers, on all equipment.

Extended Warranty Option

A 2-year extended warranty plan may be purchased for any piece of Katool or M&E automotive equipment. Please call Turbo Lifts to find out more.

* Including but not limited to: Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, electronics, etc...

Vehicle Lift Structural Coverage

Vehicle lifts will include an additional three-year (36 months) warranty on all lift structural components only.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claim for all products must fall within above period in order to qualify for limited warranty. Warranty is non-transferable, must have original order number, and purchased from our company or a registered vendor. Replacement Parts will be provided at no cost to the customer and will include free shipping.

Missing Parts, Hardware, or Freight-Damaged Components

Missing Parts, Hardware, or Freight-Damaged Components: If equipment arrives with any parts, hardware, or components that are missing or damaged during freight, KATOOL will provide the necessary replacement part(s) or hardware to the customer at no cost, including shipping. Replacement timing is dependent upon parts availability. If the required part is available in one of KATOOL's U.S. warehouses, it will be shipped as soon as reasonably possible. If the required part is not available in a U.S. warehouse, the part may need to be manufactured and shipped by container from the manufacturer. In such cases, the estimated delivery timeframe may be approximately 45–70 days, depending on manufacturing and shipping schedules. KATOOL and Turbo Lifts is not responsible for delays resulting from manufacturing, container transportation, customs, or other circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

*All warranty claims submitted to KATOOL are subject to approval by the warranty/service department and may be approved or denied at the full discretion of these departments. Photos and/or videos of original defects may be requested.

Important — Do Not Disassemble Equipment

Customers should not disassemble any piece of equipment before proof of original problem/issue has been determined.

Any equipment outside of the policy will not be covered and buyer will be responsible for purchasing replacement parts at full cost and shipping charges will apply. Labor is not included in warranty.

Combining a fully hydraulic center post tire changer with a high-accuracy wheel balancer, this combo is built to handle large wheels and tough tire jobs with ease.

The KT-T900 Tire Changer features a robust 2HP motor and a 1.5HP hydraulic system, capable of handling wheels up to 47" diameter and 16" width. Its lever-less stainless steel mounting head with plastic rim protectors and built-in assist arm make tire changes smoother and safer, especially for run-flat and low-profile tires. A wheel lift assistant reduces operator fatigue, while advanced air filtration and lubrication extend pneumatic system life.

Paired with the KT-B750 Wheel Balancer, this combo delivers precise balancing with ±1g accuracy in just 7 seconds. The balancer’s heavy-duty 3mm steel body, all-in-one pressure sensor support, and quenched 36mm shaft thread ensure stable, low-vibration operation. Featuring multiple balance modes, self-calibration, and a moisture-proof control board, the KT-B750 makes balancing a quick and accurate process for a wide range of rim types.
