What happens after I place an order? +
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. If the item is in stock, it will typically ship out of the warehouse within five business days and arrive to you in 7–10 business days including transit times.
Tracking Information +
Most items ship out of the warehouse within 5 business days. After the item is shipped, we will send out a tracking information email so you can track the shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 days, feel free to contact us via call, email, or chat.
What is Turbo Lifts return policy? +
What if my item is damaged or defective? +
If your order arrives damaged, we will do everything we can to assist you. We may arrange for replacement parts, touch-up paint, or redelivery if necessary.
Are there shipping fees? +
All lifts, tire changers, and paint booths will have freight charges. You can see the freight cost for each item under the product title on the product pages. Some items include free shipping and will show a free shipping icon.
What is required to have heavy equipment shipped? +
For residential and commercial deliveries, a forklift, skid steer, or tractor with forks is required to offload the equipment. If a forklift is not available, we can also have the item shipped to a local freight terminal for pick-up.
Can Turbo Lifts ship my lift to a residential address? +
Yes, Turbo Lifts can ship all of our products to residential addresses. Some items may have a small residential delivery fee, while most do not. A forklift or tractor is still required to offload the equipment.
Can I schedule when my equipment will be delivered? +
Yes. All equipment includes a freight carrier delivery appointment. After the carrier picks up your order, they will call you directly to schedule a date and time window for delivery.
Can my equipment be delivered on a liftgate? +
Automotive lifts cannot be delivered on a liftgate due to their size and weight. Most tire changers and balancers do qualify. If the item supports liftgate delivery, you will see that option on the product page. If unsure, contact us via phone, email, or live chat.
Checking product specifications +
Be sure to double check all product specifications before ordering. Verify overall height, width, lifting capacity, runway width, and drive-through clearance. Turbo Lifts cannot be responsible if the product does not fit your space or vehicle.

Every product page includes lift capacity, dimensions, and compatibility information. If you're unsure which model fits your needs, contact us and we will help you find the best lift for your space and vehicles.
Shipping timeframe and estimations +
Shipping timelines vary by product. In-stock items typically ship within 3 business days and others within 5 business days. A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours of shipment. All timelines are estimates and subject to change.
Inspection of delivery +
Inspect the packaging upon delivery for any visible damage. Photograph any damage before opening and notify us within five days. If the freight carrier is responsible, they will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
What should I do if my lift arrives damaged? +
Please note any damage on the delivery receipt and take photos. Contact us immediately — freight carriers require prompt reporting, and we will help resolve the issue.
